We are Located in Austin, Texas. Our 52,000 square foot facility offers aspiring culinarians a creative and supportive environment coupled with the world famous Le Cordon Bleu curriculum. We offer an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts. In pursuit of excellence as a premier educational facility, the school concentrated on curriculum content, educational objectives, and student success. Program excellence triggered enrollment increases which eventually lead to a move to larger quarters in 1989. In September 1999, the name was officially changed to Texas Culinary Academy.

We offer students practical hands-on approaches to innovative methods and classical techniques. Students will be introduced to many foreign cuisines combined with a cross-cultural spirit. Our talented faculty offers years of industry experience along with a true passion for the culinary field. Our students enjoy rigorous hands-on training.

Our professional staff in Career Placement offers worldwide Placement assistance to graduates in positions ranging from Personal Chef, work on a Cruise Lines, Corporate and 5 star restaurants – to Food Stylists, Caterer and Baking and Pastry Professional.
