the California School of Culinary Arts you'll receive practical, hands-on training

Founded in 1994, California School of Culinary Arts has become one of the most
well-known and respected culinary schools in the country. CSCA is located in the
Playhouse District community - a historic part of Pasadena that fully appreciates
gourmet cuisine and fine dining. Students in our Le Cordon Bleu
Culinary Arts associate degree program, and Patisserie progam will be taught classic
French techniques combined with American technologies in professionally-equipped,
modern kitchens. Our school library is an important resource for students and
culinary professionals alike and provides computers which allow students to do
research over the Internet. There are 30 teaching labs and 9 classrooms to accommodate
our students. Courses are taught under the technical guidance and close supervision
of skilled Chefs. Students are encouraged to explore their own styles, creativity
and cultural background. Our campus offers a fine dining restaurant, café,
and a retail store. Click
