at Atlantic Culinary Academy, Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Program in the United States
combines demonstration classes in addition to hands-on courses in professionally
equipped, modern kitchens. The courses are taught at succeeding levels under the
guidance and close supervision of skilled Chefs. Students are encouraged to explore
their own styles, creativity and background. You will take classes in technique,
theory, table service training, wine courses and other related instructions.
